The concept of a tree of life, a many-branched tree illustrating the idea that all life on earth is related, has been used in science, religion, philosophy, mythology, and other areas. A tree of life is variously:

b) A mystical concept alluding to the interconnectedness of all life on our planet
c) And a metaphor for common descent in the evolutionary sense.
This is a stunning genuine chrysoprase wrapped with solid sterling silver wire in the form of the tree of life. This piece measures approximately 3/4" inch (1.905 cm) across and approximately 1 1/4" inch (3.175 cm) from the top of the bail to the bottom of the piece.
The pendant will come strung on a 27" inch (68.58 cm) satin cord and can come on a 16" or 18" sterling silver chain which can be purchased seperately for an additional $10.
