Blue Opal Wood Set
The concept of a tree of life, a many-branched tree illustrating the idea that all life on earth is related, has been used in science, religion, philosophy, mythology, and other areas. A tree of life is variously:
a) A motif in various world theologies, mythologies, and philosophies
b) A mystical concept alluding to the interconnectedness of all life on our planet
c) And a metaphor for common descent in the evolutionary sense.
This is a beautiful set of natural blue opal wood wrapped with the tree of life. The pendant measures approximately 1-3/8" across and approximately 1-3/4" from top to bottom. The earrings measure approximately 3/4" across and approximately 2-3/8" from the top of the ear wire to the bottom of the piece.
The pendant will come on a 27" adjustable black satin cord unless otherwise specified. I can place it on a 16" or 18" inch sterling silver chain as well for an additional $10 which can be purchased separately.
